Committed, big-brand, coffee lovers have been converted, one-by-one and love our coffee more. Less expensive than by the cup and delicious.

There is nothing more inviting to the nose of a true coffee lover than a freshly roasted bag of coffee followed by that first sip from the pot, pour over, etc. Sadly, many have never known the experience because it's impossible for big brands and supermarkets to provide this level of customer experience, impractical in fact. Most coffee houses can't either for the same reason. Fortunately, we're neither, so we can constantly strive to give you the best roasting and coffee-drinking experience.

We have spent many years gaining roasting knowledge that has helped us achieve this level of deliciousness and quality that we can be proud of. Picky coffee drinkers describe us well. High-quality coffee is our passion and priority.

Roasting Mission

Our goal is to provide our coffee drinkers with the freshest roasted coffee beans, whole or ground, for your selection. And unlike some businesses, we sell you a true 1 lb. bag of coffee.

Typically, coffee is roasted daily, Monday-Friday, excluding some holidays. Orders received the day before by 1:00 pm eastern time are roasted the next business day. Weekend orders are considered to be ordered on Monday by 1:00 pm. We usually ship via UPS the day it is roasted. And of course, if we are able to ship sooner we will.

Purchasing our small batch, high-quality, freshly roasted coffee made just for you is a better bargain than buying by the cup when you want to enjoy delicious coffee at home or wherever you choose. The pleasure of each sip is worth the savings and a few minutes of your time. And unlike many others, we sell a pound of coffee, not less than. Consider purchasing more than 1 bag to save money on shipping. Whether you buy 1 bag or 4, it costs the same to ship. The freshness will still be amazing weeks later. Order for your cabinet stock, a family member, friend, or co-worker as well. And remember, still a bargain even with shipping. Make your coffee as you normally would and then adjust incrementally to find your drinking preference. It's all about you and your palate, although our beans are superbly roasted. Always use fresh, cold water. Never use distilled water. You may use filtered or spring water, if that's your preference, due to your personal tap water conditions.

Our Story

Our story is a little different from other companies that sell coffee.

Pierson Geoffreys Coffee was birthed from our original business of offering freshly roasted whole & ground beans and brewed coffee to our cigar lounge customers, who started telling friends and family about our delicious coffee. Thanks to the sweet science of our off-premise roasting, coffee traffic increased. After maintaining high-roasting standards and product growth, we decided to give those loyal customers a place to order online for delivery, as opposed to hoping we had enough in-house stock of their favorite to sell (typically not the case). And of course we would like to capture some new customers that might become fans too! So, welcome! Thanks for giving us a try.
